We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal, and provide highly discreet billing to ensure your complete privacy. If you would like an alternative method for paying or have concerns regarding paying with a credit card, you should ask your counselor with regards to other choices that we can provide.
Payment is due when your test is setup. We recognize that unexpected situations take place, so all tests can be rescheduled for up to 30 days from the initial appointment. However, once the test requisitions have been sent to the laboratory, a 25% cancellations charge will apply to all tests that are cancelled before your laboratory visit. Please note, however, that tests cannot be cancelled once the specimans have been collected by the laboratory.
