Really need to reschedule? No worries! Need to try a different laboratory? No trouble!
We all are aware that unexpected events occur, so all tests can be rescheduled for up to three months from the original appointment. However, once the test requisitions have been delivered to the laboratory, a 33% cancellations charge will apply to all tests that are cancelled before your laboratory visit. Please note, however, that tests cannot be cancelled as soon as the specimans have been collected through the laboratory.
